Grinding your teeth?

Woke up with a sore jaw? A loved one told you they heard you…grind your teeth?
Here are some tips to help you stop grinding your teeth! Avoid foods with caffeine to sleep better and avoid alcohol as grinding tend to intensify after alcohol consumption.
Before bed, relax your jaw muscles by holding a warm towel against your cheeks. Remember to keep your stress levels down as well! 
If the problem persists, come see your dentist for the possibility of getting a night mouth guard to protect your teeth from wear and tear as a result of grinding!
